Return and Exchange Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL.

Our products are customized, original and specifically curated for our customers making them non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Conditions for Return/Exchange Items that arrive broken or damaged from shipping will be considered for partial or full refund or exchange.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from receiving your damaged item to request a return or an exchange.


PROCESS FOR INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact Us: Begin the process by contacting us at hello@eternitytreasures.com with your order details.

Include Pictures: If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, include a picture for us in your email.

SHIPPING COSTS

General Policy: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where Eternity Treasures deems it appropriate to assume these costs (e.g., defective items or company errors). This determination is made solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom Products: Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products listed as non-refundable and/or final sale in the description.

REFUNDS

Inspection and Refund: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund you via your original payment method.

Bank Processing: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  This process typically takes anywhere from 1-3 business days, but can be longer in certain circumstances.
